Ladies and Gentleman : AUF

Don’t worry if you guys don’t know me cuz I’m not as famous as Bob Smith, Moz, Damon Albarn or even Ian Curtis. I mentioned those beautiful people cuz I really admire their lyrics and they are a songwriter and singer just like me=) I was born in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on November 24, 1985. Story : This is not my first song that I wrote but sure this is a good song to explain my condition nowadays. This song is about walking away from trouble for a while and dance over our anxiousness. When I wrote this song I was in kind of depression feeling about everything that I’ve done. Depressed about all negative prejudice about me that people around me gave. Labeled as Flamboyant person who likes to playing around with girls, labeled as arrogant people, labeled as dictator, and a tons more. I started to realize that all eyes in me and my band now (I’m not trying to say that I’m famous, superstar, etc but 2008 has been a great and crazy year for me and my band) that’s why even some of my friend change into enemy and make some gap here. I really hate that though but what else can I say… the first part of the song tell about place where I used to be there with friends, girlfriend, family and it’s expressing how much I miss those moment. I sang those lyrics twice because I feel very lonely. The refrain part, ”Always in here, we make it sometime,” is like spell to stop time in perfect situation=) Actually the refrain part is not like this in my first version of this song but I suddenly change it when I heard comforting melody from Krishna. You guys have to know Krishna, he has great taste in music, that’s why I enjoy playing music with him in Oh, Nina! I dig my memories deeper in second part. All those beautiful issue, memories with friends, girlfriend, family, oh God, I just like to walking away from trouble. Taking no worries all day and relax mate! Hehehe. The last part of the song is a must. Me and Krishna want to bring everyone to the top, but not cliché. That’s why we make another melody in the end. And give words to remember, “over and over we learn from mistakes.” Overall this song want to say that we actually alone. Friends come and go. Everything changes every second. But we will always be in the same highway that called life!
